My professional background is based in work around understanding the nuanced relationship

between brands and consumers in order to drive growth.​​ My journey into customer intelligence started on the front lines—working across a number of entry level hospitality and retail customer service where I learned that every interaction shapes how people feel about a brand. As I moved into customer experience roles at scaling startups, I got curious about the patterns

behind customer behavior. This led me deeper into research and data analytics,

where I discovered my passion for uncovering the emotional, behavioral, and

psychographic drivers that add context metrics. When applied, the result is a super-

powered brand experience that enables the consumer to flourish.

 

I've worked with organizations ranging from global e-commerce brands to small online

businesses to radical community-building collectives, helping them align their business
